Born and raised in South Texas, CJ developed a passion for entrepreneurship and real estate early on. His teen years were spent working for his family’s business, and then, while attending college, he worked as an intern with Davis
Equity Realty. Here he learned a wealth of knowledge about land development, construction, leasing, sales, and property management. Upon graduating from Texas A&M University in 2007 and earning a degree in Agricultural Economics,
CJ began his career as a licensed real estate broker specializing in commercial properties. He has worked with clients from all over the state of Texas, helping them achieve their goals of land ownership in the RGV.

currently lives in McAllen and enjoys hobbies like hunting, fishing, and golf in his spare time.
